AiirGap provides an AI-powered platform that identifies contradictions across organizational documents, policies, procedures, and controls. Our Service includes document analysis, contradiction detection, and reporting capabilities.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
• Use the Service to process illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our algorithms

4. Data and Privacy

4.1 Your Documents

You retain ownership of all documents and data you analyze with the Service. The Service runs inside your environment: your documents are processed on your hardware, indexed in your database and never transmitted to us. We hold no copy and have no access to them.

4.2 Data Security

Because your documents remain within your environment, their security is governed by your own controls. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the account and contact information you provide to us directly.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our IP

The AiirGap platform, including its algorithms, software, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use our Service as intended.

5.2 Your Content

Your documents remain entirely yours. We require no license over them, and none is granted by these Terms, because the Service processes them within your environment and we never receive them.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, AiirGap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AiirGap harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Your documents and any data derived from them remain in your environment, under your control, unaffected by termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
